The place

This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home is located very close to the beach of Cala Llonga on the east coast of the island, and close to the Ibiza Golf Club.

There are 3 bedrooms, the master double  bedroom has the bathroom en suite with an open tub and shower. The second double room has a bathroom en suite   and the third smaller double bedroom has the bathroom just across the hallway.

There is an equipped kitchen and living dining area with a fireplace and SAT Tv.

The garden is mature and lush and the poolside area has a chill out and sun beds.

There are several  shady porches and terraces and the outside dining area is just off the living room by the pool.
