The restaurant is the old converted school of San Lorenzo and the décor, rustic but chic in a Provencal style, crisp linen, soft lighting and a large open kitchen behind a large glass panel. It is amazingly good value, no more than your average priced beach bar, popular with the locals of the island, a place where they can come and feel special with no pretentiousness. The menu is Mediterranean featuring traditional Ibizan dishes with a dash of refinement. There are many typical Ibizan salads, platters of local cheese and Iberian cured meats like butifarra, camallot and ventre, and the meat and fish are superb. Well worth a visit! |
