Ibiza Real Estate Property Sales continue to fall up to 2Q 2019 following a sharp fall in 2018. We expect to see the trend continue throughout the year and should bottom out trailing around the 2014 levels during the next  quarters. Remember usually prices move higher after transactions dry up. This was last seen in 2013 just before prices initiated a sharp move upwards.
